Behind
our brand names "Cosi Fun Futti" and "Parsifal"
is a family operated business which has its roots
in Europe.
The
owner is from a former East German appellation "
Loessnitz Berge" near Dresden, where rolling
hills stretch down to the river Elbe with well established
vines grown for more then 250 years by Saxonian King
August (der Starke) the Strong.
In
Napa Valley, one of the world's renown wine regions
he was able to continue this love and passion for
growing grapes. After studying viticulture and continuing
education courses at UC Davis in California he continued
his professional education as a financial advisor
requiring quality in details, so the making of first
class wines.
Further
expanding of family international wine producing business
in Argentina's grape grown Province of Mendoza the
owners have been able to find an established winery
in wine region of San Rafael, south of Mendoza city.
There they combine the advanced viticulture practices
from California with traditional Argentinean grape
growing and wine making practices, to produce outstanding
Argentinean red wines such as Malbec, Bonarda, and
Cabernet Sauvignon and whites like Chardonnay, Chenin
and eventually Riesling.

Through
the marriage the family operated business expanded
to France to include a wine Connoisseur in Paris who
also grows grapes and makes wine in Beaujolais. He
markets wines from his vineyard and others in that
region and exports them to different markets in Europe.
All
of the general winery tasks such as grape growing,
winery operation, sales and marketing are done by
family members except for the actual wine making.
We have been very fortunate to associate ourselves
with the first class licensed winemaker in both countries.
We
are part of a new generation of entrepreneurs who,
through love and passion, bring new and high quality
wines under the labels "Parsifal" and "Cosi
Fun Tutti" to the consumers worldwide.
