Winery " Parsifal" de Parsifal SRL,
formerly known as Calle Larga SRL,
was built in the mid 70s. The former owner's
dream was to produce outstanding Argentine wines.
With that in mind the winery was built with
the capacity of 1,3 Million liters. Health reasons
put a hold on his dreams.
We have been fortuned to acquire the winery
in spring 2006 and since that time winery is
undergoing constant renovations, updating and
expanding.
The winery "Parsifal" is located on
a strategic highway coming form Buenos Aires
through San Rafael and further North Mendoza
connecting Santiago of Chile.
We are producing fine wines from grapes coming
from surrounded well-established vineyards.
Because of high altitude of 800 and more meters
and volcanic soil conditions we are concentrating
on Malbec, Cabernet, Merlot and Bonarda. White
wines will be added to our program in the nearest
future.
Through acquisition of the adjacent land we
are planning to install our own vineyards where
we will apply Argentine grape growing traditions
combined with Napa Valley advanced viticulture
practices and winemaking techniques producing
first class wines for domestic market and export.
Our high end brand names will come exclusively
from our own vineyards.
